Our feet enable us to walk, run, and balance. They also adjust their shape and structure to accommodate our tasks. But because our feet are so vital in life, they are susceptible to damage and strain from everyday use and neglect. Our foot massage workshop will teach you techniques to pamper, relieve, and properly care for your feet.

Proper relaxation is the key to good health and well-being. When the body and mind are constantly overworked, their natural efficiency is decreased. Often times we wake up in the morning still feeling exhausted and do not realize why? Unless we are free from muscular and mental tensions we can never feel relaxed. In this workshop you will learn a range of techniques to relax your partner, calm anxieties, and lull them into a restful sleep.

Each workshop is 90 minutes in length and follows a three step agenda.

Step 1Explain & demonstrate techniques, combining stretching & breathing excercises.

Step 2 Begin applying the techniques, introducing aspects of pressure, tension and motion.

Step 3 Conclude the workshop with a question and answer period.
